   Grain Markets Mixed, With Soybeans Firm on South American Weather

   December corn is down 1/4 cent per bushel, November soybeans are up 5 1/4
cents, December KC wheat is up 2 3/4 cents, December Chicago wheat is up 2
cents and December Minneapolis wheat is up 2 3/4 cents.

   EARLY MORNING GLOBEX NET CHANGES: December corn is down 1/4 cent per bushel,
November soybeans are up 5 1/4 cents, December KC wheat is up 2 3/4 cents,
December Chicago wheat is up 2 cents and December Minneapolis wheat is up 2 3/4
cents.

   CME GLOBEX RECAP: World equity markets are higher Thursday morning, after
markets took a breather from making new lifetime highs and set back slightly
Wednesday. Traders are waiting for the next look at inflation indicators with
the release of the PCE report on Friday. Thursday we get several new reports,
including durable goods and a revision to GDP. Comments from members of the
Federal Reserve have been mostly dovish this week, and expectations are rising
for another 50-basis point cut.

   OUTSIDE MARKETS: Previous closes Wednesday showed the Dow Jones Industrial
Average down 293.47 at 41,914.75 and the S&P 500 down 10.67 at 5,722.26. The
10-Year Treasury yield ended at 3.781%. Early Thursday, the December Dow Jones
Futures are up 200 points. European markets are higher with the spot futures of
London's FTSE 100 trading up 0.21%, spot futures of Germany's DAX is trading up
0.99% and the spot futures of France's CAC 40 Index up 1.37%. Asian markets are
higher with Japan's Nikkei 225 Index up 2.79% and China's Shanghai Composite
Index up 3.61%.
